The quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.

I am grateful for the stillness I find myself in as it is a place to acknowledge my stuckness, swimming in the euphoria of knowing when it sucks, my isms, my soul on a still and enduring level. For pleasure.
Pleasure comes from a total immersion of the moment. As it is.
Now that is power, because there’s nothing to wait for.
The stillness, the now, is what I need to examine the context of my life. The stillness, what is now, is what is, is.
Investing time and love in doesn’t need to wait.
For the weekend, for the last 10 pounds, for a partner. Self care is now. I can attest that my orgasms don’t discriminate against the size of my thighs or if I have stretch marks. My pleasure enters on my terms; separate from by ideals, from my pains, from my Yes.
When my whole body is a YES, my intuition knows, for this I am grateful. There is a certain heat, a certain frequency that woman owning their power emit. A certain BTU put off that other women living in a place of gratitude can embrace. They say “there goes another sister living her truth, Amen Sister, light up your life!”
There goes another sister who has her permission slip firmly in hand, with her tools of gratitude, forgiveness and self-love to carry her through the mess, the cess of life, smiling and shining, owning her light.
Shine on sisters.

Live passionately, Lesley
