Curiosity
The openness required in unfolding the truth can be achieved only in the spirit of curiosity.
Spend time exploring your body, seeing your body, being curious about your body + viewing your body from a more neutral lens. All bodies are worthy of being documented but only a fraction of them are being shown. Our beliefs + our biases about our bodies get in the way, clouding the reality of who we are and placing conditions around understanding what worthiness and beauty is. The relationship with your body is coming closer and closer as you do the inner work + ongoing inquiry + curiosity to break down beliefs that no longer work for you. Stay open + ask all the questions.
