I love capturing the beauty I see in the world around me. It absolutely fills my cup and I was born to do this. I have noticed a pattern in my initial conversations with clients + most of them begin like this. The majority the initial dialogue involve some kind of objection, a self-deprecating comment about losing weight, making them look slimmer, etc. Apologizing for showing up as they are. It’s a common narrative that I am very familiar with on a personal level, right alongside you. And moving through it.

Some great, some really shitty. But all learned. These beliefs interrupt out ability to see our bodies for what they are- our way of connecting with the world.
Removing the power + meaning of these beliefs can transform our relationship with your bodies and ensure more connection.
