How often do you show 100% of your true self?

Be honest. How often do you show 100% of your true self? Do you show up as you are unfiltered and completely emotionally naked for others to see all of you?

I can honestly say I edit my self. In a world where conforming to the social ideals is the norm showing up as yourself is scary as hell. Do I want to edit myself? No. I edit my energy when I show up.
Although I edit myself less than I used to from there is still a sense of safety comes with playing smaller than I am.

I do not want to edit or downplay my sensual energy for fear of being labeled a slut, easy, or asking for it. My sensuality knows no shame. I have edited myself so that you feel safe in your smallness. This does not serve either of us. When we both play small resentment grows and I grow to resent you for restraining my energy. I am no longer willing to edit my sensual self so that you feel safe in your smallness. When you shine when you are brave and when you shine in your Shakti energy you give others around you permission to do the same.

The question is not who are we to shine and be powerful. The question is this: Who are we not to shine and fully express or powerful sensual selves exquisitely as we stand unedited, full of grace and full of power?

Your sensuality is the fuel of your vitality. Start living life fully awake and fully alive!
